What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. We do allow you to transfer your spot to another party and will assist you in that process.
Do I have to move my vehicle on game day?
NO! We will not ask you to move from the parking lot for game days or any other events. We may as you to move to another location within the lot to allow maintenance.
Is the location safe?
We provide a well lit parking lot, within sight of the Watauga County Sheriff’s Department. We also have multiple cameras to keep an eye on things!
How do I get to campus?
We are .3 miles from the AppalCart stop (Maroon Route) at the intersection of Hodges Gap Road and 321, about a 5 minute walk. We are less than 2 miles from the duck pond.
